Photos from the INBF NATURALMANIA on September 24, 2005 at the Martin Luther King High School in Manhattan, NY. Marc was at his best at 164 Lbs for the Mens Open Lightweight Division, this was a very tough competition with several competitors in the class. Marc is also a regular competitor at the Northern States Super Natural shows in Buffalo NY.

Background info: I'm a professional firefighter in Sarnia Ontario Canada, and have been since 1997. I am a former firefighter combat challange competitor and have even competeted at the 1999 World Firefighter Combat Challande in Las Vegas, as seen on ESPN, and TSN. In the past I have done a little powerlifting. 700 lb squat at age 20, and a 331 lb bench press at age 16 (unfortunately I am paying for that with small and frequent shoulder problems).
I am married to my wife of 3 years, Nancy, and we have a 15 month old daughter Alexa, and are expecting again in September.
       
Bodybuilding to me is a hoby and a lifestyle. I have been training for 19 years (I'm 31) and all those years have always been drug free. Even while dieting, I only take whey, glutamine, vitC and a mulit vitamine. Last year was only my 2nd year competiting, this will be my 3rd. My contest goals are only to improve my condidtion each time I compete, I don't worry about others.
